Clamp Carriers are available in widths (maximum stock length capacities) of 1830mm(74"), 2540mm(100"), 3000mm(120"), 3800mm(150") or 5000mm(16.5'), and 20, 30, 40 sections.

The automatic electric motor drive rotates the carrier from section to section. With the press of one button, the entire rotation sequence (reverse rotate, front rest out, forward rotate, front rest in, lay clamps perfectly on front rest every time) happens automatically. A selection switch controls movement for auto and manual mode.

When the section is filled with edge glued stock, the operator uses the panel flattener and clamp tightened to flatten the panels and tighten the clamps. The cycle is repeated in order to save stock storage space and reduce working time.

The pneumatic clamp carrier tightener is a very fast, two-hand, impact-style wrench that really gets the job done in a hurry. An easy-press trigger actuated it.

The clamp mountings fixtures are adjustable, so each clamp’s mounting angle and axial position can be fine-turned provide the clamps for easy side to side repositioning for the changing panel lengths.

There is a modular design allow to expand the capacity for the clamp carrier upgrade and expension at future time.
