This unit utilizes a traversing arm that transports the surface sheet and gently places it onto the panel which feed from the glue spreader.

 

The panel from the glue spreader gets positioned on a conveyor with  sensors.After the surface sheet is lay up and place on the panel, it is then feed into the roller press.The conveyor belt is driven by a frequency inverter motor with variable speed adjustment.
