The hydraulic frame clamp is application for the production needs of the medium and small series of the wood frame, cabinet, louver door, etc. Two vertical cylinders drive upper beam movement, two horizontal cylinder drive the side pusher movement, two horizontal side stopper can fast move to the desired position.

All the hydraulic cylinders are equipped with the automatic oil restraint valve, therefore it is possible to keep the desired frame pressure for a long time while if the motor of pump is switched off. The lower beam have the both side hydraulic cylinder adjustement to increase the usable height of press, and to assure rigidity it has lock pin hydraulic cylinders on both sides  to lock-in when the lower beam has been set to the desired height.

An electric buttons controller hang in the ergonomic position with pensile arm, it contained all the controls of the machine for an easy and rapid use.Intergraded safety devices on the electrical circuit avoid the possibility of the operator carrying out incorrect or dangerous operations.
