The glue spreaders are available with either three rolls for top-only glue application, or with four rolls for top-and-bottom glue application.

The glue spreaders feature grooved and smooth SBR rubber-covered glue rolls, and other roll materials including EPDM, SILICON which is anti acid are also available.

 Smaller working wide spreaders such as 430mm (17") and 610mm ( 24" ) wide which offer chrome-plated doctor roller. Larger wide glue spreader, such as 915mm (36"), 1060mm (42"), 1220mm (48"), 1370mm (54") and 1520mm ( 63") wide which offer hard rubber-covered as a doctor rolls.

With either a standard fixed feed rate of 24 meters ( 80 feet) per minute or an optional variable feed rate of 12 to 36 meters (40 to 118 feet) per minute.Glue material thickness adjustments are made by turning chrome-plated hand wheel. Aluminum drip pan catches clean-up water.Includes emergency stop bars for operator safety. Machine body with high-quality urethane finish.Roll guards are an option item.

Standard vertical opening is 45mm (1-3/4").The 150mm (6" ) vertical opening is available.
