This one operated with hydraulic and pneumatic system.

The operation from shaping, gluing, jointing to the final products outfeed, is automatically performed.The process is that the stocks are assembled into the ACP-1155 stock feed table, and are pushed the position ACP-1150A shaper table where they are aligned and clamped before traveling through the cutterhead for cut.The stocks are then moved to the table of ACP-1150B-G shaper where they are again aligned and clamped, and are moved to have another end cut and gluing. Finally, by hand pushing off to the ACP-1152F assembler for assembling.

 

The finger joint assembler ACP-1152F, equipped with pre-jointing conveyor is a two deck working function.It means that the feeding constantly while the working area keep assembling.In other words, the action does not waste any working time and  in addition, increase double speed assembling. The maximum pressure of squeezeis about 20-50kg/cm²(290~720PSI), and the proper pressure is adjusted depend on stock sort and dimension.

 

The operation in the system can obtain perfect cut with an optimun adjustment in order to eliminate splinter and guarantee a clean finger profile and close joint.
